Project Overview
Goal
Build a design system to support 13 distinct brands, enabling designers to create brand-specific experiences quickly and developers to implement updates efficiently.
Outcome
Designed and implemented a scalable three-tiered token architecture and naming system, expanded the component library from zero to 20 atomic components, and partnered with engineering to build and deploy the front-end framework.

Served in a product ownership capacity, leading a cross-functional team and driving the initiative from concept through implementation.
